Gran Mix Bio- Organically farmed baby salad leaves grown as part of the “agro-centuriato” project

The ingredients in this tasty mix have been known and traditionally grown here since the time of the Romans, who divided the Camposmpierese land into its distinctive centuria grid in the first century B.C. As the Roman poet Martial wrote (Xen, XIII, 14), salad was eaten either before or after the meal in those times. It is therefore plausible that a similar mix of salad leaves has been found on plates here for at least two thousand years.
