Cured meat and cheese platter with hot sauce

Ingredients:

  • Cured meat: salami, mortadella, coppa, prosciutto crudo, ciauscolo
  • Cheese: caciotta, Pecorino, Grana Padano, Emmenthal
  • Green olives, bell peppers in oil
  • Tolomei hot sauce 

Preparation:

First arrange the cheese on the platter. Cut the caciotta into slices and place them down the middle of the platter, around the edge add cubes of Emmenthal, pieces of Grana Padano and wedges of pecorino, leaving spaces inbetween. Add to the platter the little bowl of hot sauce, a bowl with the drained peppers and one with the drained olives. Fill the remaining surface of the platter with the cold cuts of meat. Arrange the coppa, mortadella and prosciutto so that the slices are folded and finish with the slices of salami and ciauscolo. Perfect for any number of occasions, serve the platter with aperitif forks, toothpicks and some bread, crostini and breadsticks.
